Find Your Way: Navigating Grief

A person, mostly out of shot, holding a mug of coffee between their hands.

Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating and unpredictable. Find Your Way: Navigating Grief offers a gentle, structured space to explore your experience alongside others who understand.

This six week course is designed for adults who have experienced a loss or bereavement and would benefit from guided support delivered within a small, compassionate group.

Throughout the programme, we explore topics such as:

  • Understanding the grieving process
  • Emotional responses to loss
  • Coping strategies and self care
  • How grief affects relationships
  • Adjusting to life after loss
  • Building resilience and finding meaning

Each session combines discussion, optional activities, and time for reflection in a safe, non judgemental environment.

Delivered by the Health, Wellbeing and Care Hub clinical team, with support from student healthcare staff.
