People and Culture Resourcing team

Our Resourcing Team is headed by Sophie Bromage and help to ensure that we have the right staff with the right skills employed at the University. They work with our managers to develop recruiting skills, advise on best-recruiting practices across the University and any other recruitment related matters. They also provide administrative support with the process.

The Resourcing Team manage the process of issuing Certificates of Sponsorship to enable potential new staff to obtain Skilled Worker and Temporary Worker (T5) visas, and current staff to obtain extensions under the UKVI points-based immigration system. They are also responsible for all compliance related matters and reports to the Home Office.
