Works impacting lifts

20 June 2025 - ongoing	Lift 85, Silberrad Student Centre	The lift to the rear of this building is out of service following faults arising after a power outage. The lift to the front of this building remains in service.

09 June - 19 September 2025	3.007	Refurbishment of plant room. There will be intermittent noise during this time.
20 August - 30 September 2025	Square 3, Students Union building	Noise expected during installation and removal of scaffolding on Square 3, and from pressure washing on the roof. Access will be maintained by a pedestrian tunnel from Square 3 towards the Lecture Theatre Building. Some smell expected when applying liquid coating on the roof.
01 - 05 September 2025	Physics Amphitheatre	Inspection and repair works to the decking in this area, including lifting of existing decking. Fire-exits leading to this area will be redirected during this time.
01 - 12 September 2025	EBS.2.50	Remedial works to access air handling units within this room. Some noise may be heard in nearby spaces.
01 - 30 September 2025	Albert Sloman Library	Repair works to the waterproof membrane under the paving slabs in this location. Some noisy works expected throughout this period.
11-19 September 2025	Main campus, level 7 roof . png	Removal and replacement of mastic to prevent water ingress. Some noise expected during these works.

5 yearly EICR electrical testing

EICR testing will be undertaken across campus outside of working hours. There will be no power to areas of the building - works will be undertaken one floor at a time. Emergency lighting will remain in place throughout the works. Testing will be undertaken as follows:
