Why Essex?

Over a third of our student population comes from outside of the UK so you'll feel right at home at Essex. Many of our Taiwanese students are studying courses in our departments of Government, Essex Business School, School of Philosophy and Art History and the Department of Language and Linguistics.
I chose to study at Essex due to its reputation for teaching excellence, the internationally diverse student body, and the stunning campus.
I learned a lot from my course, not just about the subject, but important transferrable skills, such as discipline, time management, and organisational skills.
Since graduation, I've worked for big companies including ASUS and Intel, and I'm now the co-founder of an organisation called GCOMM.
