This Autumn we hosted our first virtual Careers Fest and heard from four recently-graduated Essex alumni. They shared their top tips, advice and honest experiences about the paths they have taken since graduating.

Between them, they spoke about their experiences of graduating in a pandemic, going through assessment centres and psychometric testing, joining a graduate scheme, taking up an internship, working abroad and ending up in roles they never expected. They’ve been through it all and want to help you make the most of every opportunity and progress in your career.

Don’t forget that as an Essex graduate, you can access free career support for life. Contact the careers team to book an appointment and check out CareerHub+ for upcoming events, webinars and online resources (you’ll need to re-register as a graduate to log in).
