For all locations of campus bus stops visit the online campus map. On that website, select the 3 dots with lines icon at the bottom of screen. Select 'Travel' for bus stops.
The First UoE bus pass is a discounted annual season ticket offered by First Buses Essex to both students and staff for travel within the Colchester area, including to the University's Colchester campus. The UoE bus pass provides a full year's worth of unlimited bus travel in the Colchester area, within the zone you choose.
Please be advised that you must be ready to show any ID associated with your UoE Bus Pass (student/staff ID or First Photo ID pass) to the Revenue Protection Officers when boarding the bus. If you're unable to show a valid ID for your ticket you will be issued a standard fare charge of £50.
Zone 1 includes Colchester and the local area, stretching from Tollgate Sainsbury's on the west side of the city to Wivenhoe on the east side. See map below.
Zone 2 reaches out to also include Clacton and Marks Tey. See map below.
All Essex allows users unlimited travel on every registered First Essex Buses within the administrative boundary of Essex County Council. It is also valid for journeys into neighbouring authorities, providing the journey starts or finishes in Essex and no change of bus is made outside of Essex, during ticket validity.
These tickets can be purchased from the Students' Union Reception on Square 3 at our Colchester Campus.

2. Sign up and create an account using your university email address.
3. Click on mTickets and select your area as Colchester.
4. Choose the Student Travel category.
5. Pick the ticket suitable for you (see zone options below).

Colchester Park and Ride is located on the A12 at Junction 28. Opening hours are Monday - Friday 6.30am-7.30pm and Saturdays 7am-7.30pm. It enables the commuter to park their car or cycle at the site so they can travel to their destination in comfort.
DigiGo is a shared public transport service which offers on-demand or pre-bookable travel in parts of Essex. With no fixed timetable or route, you are in control of your journey. Digigo operates 7 days a week, from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and from 7am to 10pm on weekends.
