When you receive your replacement key/keycard/fob, you'll be invoiced for £15 for a key/keycard or £5 for a fob which must be paid within seven days. You can pay at the Income Desk at your Student Services Hub, open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you find your original key/keycard/fob and return it to us within three months of losing it, we will refund the fee.
If you're locked out of your accommodation, don't worry, we will do our best to get you back in to your room as soon as possible.
If your keycard or fob is broken please take the pieces to the relevant location for a free replacement.
