Report a fault with your ASK4 internet service

To report a fault with your ASK4 internet connection (University Square only) or for any queries relating to connection, please contact the ASK4 support team. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by the following methods:

Insurance

To make a claim on the contents insurance for your room, due to fire, theft or flood, please download the MyEndsleigh app or call 0800 923 4042.

Emergency Telephones

All residences are fitted with emergency phones located either in hallways or on the lift landings. These phones connect to services such as the 24 hour information centre where patrol staff can be contacted, the Residents' Support Assistants, for out of hours emergency help.

TV licence

If you want to watch TV in your University accommodation, including BBC iPlayer, you will need to buy a TV licence, regardless of whether you watch on a TV, PC or other mobile devices. Don't risk a fine of up to £1,000.
