The details
If you are a home (UK) student and have a degree from a UK university, you may be eligible for a discount on your Essex Masters tuition fee.
The discount will depend on the grade of the qualification achieved and the academic year of entry to the University of Essex as detailed below:

How to apply
Courses starting in 2026-2027 academic year
- If you meet all the eligibility criteria, you must have accepted an offer to study a full-time or part-time Masters course at the University of Essex in the academic year 2026-27 by 11:59pm BST on the 31 March 2026 for courses starting in October 2026 and by 11:59pm GMT on the 31 October 2026 for courses starting in January 2027.
- The University will assess your eligibility based on the academic transcripts and certificates you submit with your application for your place at Essex. No alternative supporting evidence will be accepted.
