“My assignments involve using financial concepts, models and software to solve business challenges. I like that I get to apply my quantitative skills to real-life problems, but also improve my knowledge of IT ready for the workplace. I’ve joined the Trading and Investment Society, volunteered for Enactus Essex and gained work experience with Santander on campus. One of my proudest achievements so far has been securing a summer internship at Lloyds Banking Group; they’ve offered me a place on their graduate scheme after I finish my degree.”
