Talent
Our Talent (Resourcing) team provide strategic and operational advice to managers and contributes to organisational development and talent management. The team help to ensure that we have the right employees with the right skills employed at the University. They work with our line managers to develop recruiting skills, advise on best recruiting practices across the University and any other recruitment related matters.
The team manage the process of issuing Certificates of Sponsorship to enable potential new employees to obtain Skilled Worker and Temporary Worker (GAE) visas, and current employees to obtain extensions under the UKVI points-based immigration system. In addition, they provide general support for Global Talent visas and Indefinite Leave to Remain, and are also responsible for all compliance related matters and reports to the Home Office.
