On Demand Training offers a range of facilitated workshops that can be delivered to existing teams, newly formed teams and professional groups at a time and location that best suits you.  Designed to support colleagues during a period of significant organisational change, these sessions help teams strengthen performance, build resilience, improve collaboration and develop the skills needed to adapt and succeed. Workshops are practical, interactive and tailored to your team's specific context and challenges.

This practical workshop will help you recognise your collective strengths, agree expectations and approaches to communication and collaboration, and create a team charter that supports trust, accountability and effective teamwork.

Psychological safety in teams

Explore what psychological safety means, why it matters for effective teamwork, and how it supports learning, innovation and performance.

You will consider how psychologically safe your team currently feels and gain practical approaches to encourage open dialogue, respond constructively to mistakes, invite different perspectives and challenge inappropriate behaviour. You will leave with clear actions to help build greater trust, inclusion and openness within your team.

Change management

A series of workshops provide practical tools and approaches to help individuals, managers and teams navigate uncertainty, communicate effectively and maintain performance during periods of change.

Organisational change management

Understand the drivers and context for, and resistance to, change. Explore a model for planned change and approaches to communication with different groups.

Coaching through change

Understand the impact of organisational change on employees at all levels and explore how coaching can effectively support individuals through transitions, as well as exploring common challenges faced when leading change and strategies for managing them. This session introduces how cognitive behavioural coaching (CBC) can support employees dealing with change-related stress or resistance and gives an opportunity for hands-on experience applying the CBC model through practical coaching exercises.

Leading teams in times of change

Explore approaches to leadership in the context of change, recognising that different approaches may be needed as colleagues' feelings, understanding and attitude to change develops. The session will explore the value of situational leadership and followership in developing trust, allowing conflict, enabling commitment, ensuring accountability and achieving results.

Communicating in times of change

This session introduces a clear model for articulating change, along with principles of conversational intelligence to strengthen communication.  It explores how change impacts individuals and teams, particularly in the workplace, and how effective communication can help reduce uncertainty. There is space to reflect on personal responses to change while introducing practical approaches to supporting colleagues during periods of transition.

Handling ambiguity and uncertainty in times of change

Recognise how to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty during periods of change, focusing on building confidence in decision-making with imperfect information.

This session explores ways to reframe ambiguity as a shared team challenge, including how to talk openly about uncertainty, reduce confusion, and engage teams in collective problem-solving. The course introduces adaptive leadership behaviours and the core principles of “leading in the grey,” with an emphasis on flexibility, experimentation, and learning over perfection. The session builds on an understanding of how to create psychologically safe teams, providing tools that support agility, smart risk-taking, and shared ownership of change.

Understanding culture, values and behaviour in times of change

Explore the visible and invisible elements of organisational culture and how associated values and assumptions can influence team dynamics, practice and decision-making in times of change.

The session also introduces approaches to identifying assumed team roles, strengths, behavioural patterns, gaps and risks, to improve team balance, communication and collaboration in support of our desired culture and values.

Change management e-learning resource

Six 20-minute modules suitable for all colleagues, walking you through the key areas to consider when implementing change. The modules include helpful videos, exercises and templates. Enrol on the Moodle course.
