The Computer Science, Electronic Engineering and Mathematics Pathway offers you the skills and opportunities to prepare for a course in either our School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science.

You will study:

  • Two modules in mathematics and statistics, each module will include options specific to your onward degree programme. These modules will develop your mathematical fluency and intuition and your statistical analysis and modelling skills.
  • A module in computer programming that will make sure you have the theoretical background and practical skills crucial for undergraduate study.
  • A module focusing on research and academic development skills. Your research module will build your confidence with academic writing, enhance your understanding of academic sources, and improve your essay and report writing. so you are ready to progress onto your future course.
