Open Research Development Librarian, Library and Cultural Services, University of Essex

I joined the Library team in September 2016 as a Graduate Trainee, going on to become Inter-lending and Document Delivery Assistant in April 2017.

From September 2019 until July 2020 I was an Information Literacy Co-ordinator. I began my new role as Scholarly Communications Co-ordinator in July 2020, and spent 10 months on secondment between February - October 2021 as the Scholarly Communications and Research Support Manager.

From February - September 2022 I was working on a 0.5FTE secondment as Academic and Research Support Librarian, alongside continuing as Scholarly Communications Co-ordinator for the remaining 05.FTE.

From October 2022, I began my current role of Open Research Development Librarian.
