It's a compact and friendly campus offering state-of-the-art studios, technical equipment and theatre space. East 15 Acting School is one of the largest specialist theatre schools in the UK with distinguished international teaching staff. Based around Hatfields, a beautiful Georgian dower house, the campus set in six acres of lawns, orchards and a small lake. The location provides an idyllic atmosphere for study, relaxation and performance.

Our Loughton Campus is easily accessible by car from Junction 26 of the M25 and the M11, heading from London. Our postcode at Hatfields is IG10 3RY for satellite navigation devices (IG10 3TZ for Roding House and Unit 4).
There is limited visitor parking at our campus. We are unable to provide any student parking at our Loughton Campus, Roding House and Unit 4.

If you hold a blue badge and you need to bring a vehicle onto the Loughton Campus, you will need to apply for a parking permit. Please email the Campus Facilities Manager east15@essex.ac.uk to organise this. In addition, if you need to bring a vehicle to any of the Loughton Campus sites to load or unload items, you must get permission for this by notifying the Campus Facilities Manager at least 24 hours in advance.
Our Loughton Campus is short walk from Debden Underground station which is on the eastbound Central line service (Epping branch). Debden is a 30-minute journey from London Liverpool Street train station which is connected to all London airports.
When you come out of Debden station, turn right onto Chigwell Lane. Continue until you turn left in Rectory Lane. Follow the road to East 15 Acting School.
Come out of Debden station and turn left in to Chigwell Lane. You will see an alleyway on your right. Turn down the alleyway and Roding House is on your left with Unit 4 in front to the left.
National Express offers frequent coach services from all over the UK to Victoria bus station in central London. You can then travel by London Underground to Debden.
National Express also offers coach services to Waltham Abbey (3 miles from our Loughton Campus by taxi) and Stratford on the Central line of the Underground. Stratford to Debden takes around 20 minutes.

Our Loughton Campus is within easy reach of all London’s airports. You can then use bus, rail or Underground services to travel to Central London and connect to the Central line Underground service to Debden.
The ports of Harwich and Dover offer regular rail services to Stratford (London) and London Liverpool Street. From here you can take the Central line Underground service directly to Debden.
