The Trainline ticket machine reliability has been intermittent for some time and it does not receive any maintenance & support from Trainline. As part of an audit of systems and a review of reliability we have taken the decision to remove the ticket machine as of 29 February 2020.
Train tickets can still be purchased via either of the University's travel management providers - Key Travel or Diversity Travel and either posted or printed at the station, in addition mobile tickets are now available for most journeys. Please refer to the guidance on booking business travel to find out which provider to use for booking your ticket.
