Booking business travel
The University uses two travel management companies: Key Travel and DGI Travel. They can arrange your business travel saving you time and reducing admin, as well as securing value for money and supporting effective travel governance.
Given the ongoing situation in parts of the Middle East, this also serves as a timely reminder of the additional value that using an approved travel management companies (TMCs) provides. During periods of disruption and uncertainty, TMCs play a critical role in:
- monitoring global events and travel risk in real time
- providing proactive traveller alerts and itinerary management
- supporting institutional duty of care responsibilities
- offering 24/7 emergency assistance and escalation routes
- interpreting and relaying official guidance, including advice from the FCDO
Which travel provider to use?
