Green Impact is an environmental accreditation programme run with support from the SOS-UK. It brings staff and students in a department together in a team and provides them with a tangible framework to make their department more sustainable. The programme runs each academic year.

You decide whether to compete for a Bronze, Silver or Gold award.
Student volunteers who have been trained by the SOS-UK to be Green Impact Auditors will check that teams have completed all of the necessary actions.
An awards ceremony is held the following year to recognise the achievements of staff and students who took part.
