We are a research group that examines the intersection of art and psychoanalysis.

We pay attention to how art and psychoanalysis embrace each other and how they push each other away. We explore possibilities for producing knowledges at moments when art and psychoanalysis meet in texts, clinics, artistic activities, and bodies. And we ask what art and psychoanalysis can do in a crisis-driven world – what does it mean to engage these marginal practices in contemporary culture and society?

We are an interdisciplinary group of artists, researchers, students, activists, and those who do not identify with any of these categories but feel strongly drawn to artistic and psychoanalytic experiences and ideas. We meet six times a year to explore artworks, read texts and find new entry points for understanding affects, bodies, relationships and politics.

If you would like to share your research or art at one of our meetings, please contact one of our group organisers.
