Turning points after stroke

Turning Points after Stroke is a webinar series led by the Health, Wellbeing and Care Hub at the University of Essex in association with the Stroke Association.

These free seminars are delivered online and can be accessed via Zoom on a phone, tablet, or computer. The webinar series is open to people living with the consequence of stoke, their carers and professionals supporting them.

The series will cover:

  • Turning points in stroke research
  • Raising awareness of stroke and campaigning for change
  • Psychological wellbeing after stroke
  • Writing for rehab
  • My turning point in managing energy and fatigue, and
  • Life after stroke for me.

The webinar series is running every week on a Wednesday for six weeks from 30th April to 4th June 2025. It starts at 11am until 12:15pm.
