Essex Law School graduate and founder of theatre company, Steelacts Productions

Originally from Nigeria, Ophelia Charlesworth graduated from Essex Law School in 2018 and with a passion for theatre making and the help of Essex Startups, went on to set up her own successful theatre company, Steelacts Productions.

Ophelia is currently touring with her one-woman show, You Are African First Before Anything, a semi-autobiographical show which delves deep into the intricate dynamics of the African mother-daughter connection.
