Reader, Essex Business School

Caleb is a reader at the Essex Business School, University of Essex. His research interests include entrepreneurship, human resource management and not-for-profit sector management, and has published in a number of international journals. Caleb is an Associate Editor of Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility. He is also an Editorial Board member for the International Small Business Journal, Journal of General Management and the Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies (formerly Journal of Chinese Entrepreneurship), and an Editorial Review Board member for the Journal of Small Business Management.
