Group classes are extremely motivating. They can shake you out of a monotonous workout routine and help you to build different muscle groups. Classes are a great way to meet new people, and keep you accountable as you work towards your fitness goals.
We have a range of fitness classes in our three fitness studios, located in our Colchester Sports Centre, which can be adapted for a range of activities. Studio 1 (2.9m x 8.44m) is suited to ballet, martial arts and more specialised fitness courses. Studio 2 (12m x 12m) is our double-height studio, ideal for cheerleading, dance and fitness classes. Our Cycle Studio is where a range of cycle classes, functional sessions and Virtual Fitness classes take place.
