At Essex, your human rights education goes beyond the classroom - it’s hands-on, high-impact, and rooted in real-world action.
Join us for the annual Essex Human Rights Centre Clinic Conference to hear from students, alumni, and global partners who’ve worked on urgent and impactful Clinic projects. You’ll hear from UN experts, NGO leaders and researchers on issues ranging from censorship of journalists and activists to deepfakes.
You'll also have the opportunity to meet with the current Director of the Human Rights Centre Clinic, Dr Sabina Garahan, and ask questions.
