At Essex, your human rights education goes beyond the classroom - it’s hands-on, high-impact, and rooted in real-world action.

Join us for the annual Essex Human Rights Centre Clinic Conference to hear from students, alumni, and global partners who’ve worked on urgent issues as part of Clinic projects - from defending uncontacted tribes to challenging arbitrary detention at the UN, to using open-source tools with Amnesty International.

You'll also have the opportunity to meet with the current Director of the Human Rights Centre Clinic, Dr Sabina Garahan, and ask questions.
