Register How do young people, transitioning from care, plan their future lives?

Dr Appleton’s new book, which will be made open access (freely available), develops an innovative three-aspect approach to planning and is set to become a valuable resource for practitioners, researchers, and educators. It puts forward a powerful case to think more broadly and flexibly about transition planning with care-leavers, placing the voices of young people at its heart.

The event will be of interest to anyone working with or researching care-leavers and their transition into independence.
