This event has been organised as part of a series of events for University Mental Health Day 2022.

Daniel Rutter from 'Step into your greatness' will be delivering mindfulness sessions to improve your mood and wellbeing. These sessions will look to focus on the three cornerstones of improving concentration clarity, and resilience. 

There are 3 sessions available, lasting approximately 60 minutes.

Start times:

  • 10-11am
  • 11.30 - 12.30pm
  • 1-2pm
