Winter Break Activity: Give Baking a Go

Come along to collect a goody-bag of baking ingredients to give baking a go at home!

Have a go at doing some at-home baking in your student kitchen, to bake some simple festive treats from Finland!

We'll provide the ingredients and the recipe to make 'joulutorttu' (Christmas pastry).

Collect a goody-bag of baking ingredients and a recipe card from RA Salli Sarvela from Tony Rich Teaching Centre (Room TC.17). 

Goody-bags will be available for collection on Friday 14 January between 12-1pm. Please email Salli if you would like to collect one so we know to expect you!
