Enjoy a break for a short while at the University's Faith Centre.

It's important to take regular breaks during the January assignment deadline and exam season. Take some time away from your computer screen and spend a while in the relative peace and quiet of the Faith Centre. 

This is not a religious event – all Essex students welcome, whether you have a faith or not. Drop in for as long as you need. Drinks and snacks available; plus Lego, colouring in and other gentle activities that are definitely nothing to do with your course.

This event will be taking place on Tuesday 4 January, Thursday 6 January, Tuesday 11 January, and Thursday 13 January. The event for all dates will run from 3-5pm.
