A strength-based interview recognises the potential talents of an individual that arise from a humans natural way of doing, feeling, thinking and relating. This is different to competency based interviews which require demonstrations of behaviours through acquired skills, knowledge, attitude and habits.
The webinar will cover why strengths are used at Nestle, how to find your own strengths and how to apply these strengths in the application process. There will be a Q&A at the end with hints and tips provided throughout.
