As campus life is becoming more vibrant, and with more people returning to work onsite, changes have been made to the arrangements for our committee meetings to enable these to take place in person at the earliest practical opportunity. The meetings of USG and PSG have resumed in person already, with some other Committees starting the transition back to on-campus, in-person meetings this term.  From 25 April, the start of the Summer term, and subject to any practical restrictions on room occupancy, all University Committees will be held in-person so that our decision-making processes reflect the campus-based, in-person experience that we offer.  Any exceptions will be by agreement of the Registrar and Secretary.

Colleagues who are concerned about their individual health circumstances should seek advice from the University’s Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing service. Other practical issues, such as joining a committee meeting remotely from another campus, should be discussed with the Chair or Secretary to the Committee. Calendar invitations will be updated with meeting locations as soon as possible.
