Strategic Projects Office
What we do
We lead strategic projects delivery (SPD) and inspire change and continuous improvement. We manage projects and support others to deliver projects, in order to achieve the University’s Strategic Plan.
We can support you by:
- providing training, support, mentoring and encouragement
- facilitating collaborative working both across the University and externally
- providing project management and review services to department, professional services and faculties
- setting project standards and project governance
- supporting the University in project prioritisation and monitoring for projects within the strategic project portfolio
We can help you with
- Developing project ideas
- Completing project management framework documentation and preparing for project committees
- Identifying and using the appropriate tools to support the development of your project
- Running Lean and process reviews for both strategic and local projects
