Students

We keep students up-to-date with our monthly e-newsletter Essex Spirit, and you can also read the latest student news on our blog. You can also follow us on Facebook, X, and Instagram.

How to submit content to Essex Weekly

Essex Weekly is our weekly newsletter for staff at Colchester Southend and Loughton. If you have content you’d like us to include, please contact us. So we can plan ahead, we like to receive content ideas by Monday, but we will try to be flexible for urgent content. If you’re looking for old issues of Essex Weekly, you can find issues from the last six months in our archive.

How to book an Enormoboard

We have two Enormoboards at our Colchester Campus and one at Southend. Demand for posters is very high, so please contact us to see if a space is available. Once you have booked a slot with us you will need to manage the design and installation of your poster with CDS, our digital and print communications agency. We can also help guide you through this process and we will need to ensure all designs are in line with our brand toolkits and guidance before any poster is signed off and installed.

How to add content to our digital screens

We have digital screens available on all three of our campuses. We recommend having your screens designed by CDS, our digital and print communications agency, to make sure they are in line with our brand toolkits and guidance, but we can help guide you through this process. Screens can also be designed using our PowerPoint templates.
