Support through structural change

It is recognised that periods of structural change can be very unsettling. We want to ensure that all staff are aware of the support available and know how to access help should they need additional assistance with their wellbeing during this time.

Employees and their immediate families can receive 24/7 support from our EAP, Health Assured, by calling their confidential helpline on 0800 028 0199. Video calls and live chat are available through Wisdom, which you can access on your web browser or by downloading the Wisdom app. Please use our employee code MHA339643 and sign up for access.

Occupational Health are offering a 30-minute individual self-referral support session for staff who would like advice on managing their wellbeing during this difficult time. You can book a support session by emailing ohquery@essex.ac.uk
