Biography

November 2023 - Present, Janet is an Engagement and Communications Officer for Understanding Society and works within the Institute of Social and Economic Research (ISER). Janet hybrid works and can be contact on janet.page@essex.ac.uk and located in office 2N2N.6.17. Between June 2019 and November 2023, Janet was the Philosophy Undergraduate Student Services Administrator in the School of Philosophy and Art History (SPAH). Janet carried out all aspects of the UG student cycle, dealt with or signposted all UG queries and assisted with Art History and ISC queries in the absence of the relevant Administrator. Between September 2017 and June 2019, Janet was the TDC Administrator, responsible for the day-to-day administration of TDC modules and support classes. She was the first point of contact for student enquires relating to module registration, coursework submission, survey feedback and timetabling. Janet also co-ordinated the planning and administration of the University English Language Assessment. Between February 2017 and September 2017 Janet was the Receptionist / Admin Support in the School of Health and Social Care (SHSC).
