Andreas joined the University of Essex as a Lecturer in September 2017 and was granted permanency in May 2020. He graduated with a PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich in 2013 and was an Assistant Professor at the University of Oslo from 2013 to 2017. His papers have been published in the American Economic Review and in the Journal of the European Economic Association.
