I started my current role at the University in June 2019. Prior to this I spent 9 years working in events management & the luxury hospitality sector; specialising in weddings and private events. As a Resourcing Assistant, I am part of a team who focuses on the resourcing function for the University. Within the team I cover the following areas: Research & Enterprise Office, Library and Academic Section. My professional interests include employee experience & life cycle through on boarding and development aspects; focusing on training needs analysis and training development within both higher education and the hospitality sector.
