I am an applied econometrician with an interest in the fields of Banking, Financial Economics, Macro prudential policy and Financial Intermediation. My current and on-going research lies in the area of financial stability, financial management, efficiency, and productivity analysis with specific interest in the following areas: regulation (Basel III), competition, monetary policy, M&As, systemic risk, Foreign Direct Investment and Microfinance .
