Biography
Corinne began her career in the customer service sector, working first in the insurance industry and then in professional services in international corporate law. Over this time Corinne has developed and managed customer service teams and services and worked as a business relationship management consultant and internal communications manager within the global IT department of a large international law firm. She received her degree in Business Management from the University of East Anglia. Corinne joined the University of Essex in 2009 and has worked in professional service roles in academic and professional services departments. Corinne moved into Student Support in 2010 and worked with the Head of Student Support and Director of Student Life in a projects and support role, delivering IT systems and process review and enhancement as well as service team management. Subsequently Corinne spent four years working within the University's admissions team, managing the Priority Agents Service and working with colleagues and external stakeholders across our international community. Corinne joined the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering in October 2022. Corinne is married with two sons, and a lively dog called Lyra
