With eyes set on the CEV U18 European Championships, the young athletes are gearing up to face formidable opponents in a draw against Germany, Spain, and Estonia.

For the England U18 team, every moment counts as they hone their skills on the courts of Essex Sport Arena.

The camp comprised three intensive training sessions crafted to fine-tune their game strategies.

Additionally, the team will face our Essex Rebels Women in a scrimmage, providing a taste of the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Boasting state-of-the-art facilities, Essex Sport Arena offers a state-of-the-art environment where athletes can focus and charge, ahead of the tournament.

The partnership between the England U18 team and Essex reflects a shared commitment for nurturing talent and fostering success.

Amazing facilities

Essex Rebels Coach Alex Chinery said: "Coach Lewis and I have spoken often about bringing the U18’s onto campus.

"We are incredibly lucky to call this amazing facility home and I’m grateful that we have been able to use it to set the England team up for success.

"Having the next generation of top-quality English volleyball athletes see what our programme is like, meet our athletes who have shared a similar experience and get the best preparation possible, highlights the brilliant work being done here at Essex."
