This panel will explore how we can har-ness AI to defend, rather than diminish, human rights, examining practical, ethical, and technological strategies to ensure that innovation strengthens liberty instead of control.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming every aspect of modern life, from work and communication to governance and security. While its potential to advance human progress is immense, AI technologies are also being weaponized by governments to surveil, manipulate, and silence dissent.
