Take a moment to slow down and reconnect. This simple session combines calming breathwork with light movement and guided meditation to help shake off stress, reset, and calm the mind.
No experience needed. We recommend wearing warm, comfortable clothing and bringing a light blanket for extra comfort.
After the session, stay for a warming cup of hot chocolate and the chance to relax, chat, and soak in the calm atmosphere.
