|Thursday 7 December, 5pm - 8pm||CINE10||Human Rights Centre and Essex Transitional Justice Network Film Screening 'No'. The film “No” is a powerful account of the fight against the Chilean military dictatorship under Augusto Pinochet through a successful campaign to vote “no” in a plebiscite about whether or not the dictatorship should continue, resulting in the transition to democratic rule.
