This event has been organised as part of a series of events for University Mental Health Day 2022.
Karen Waddy will be offering walking sessions tailored to the abilities of those taking part and will be an opportunity to enjoy the campus and take part in some light exercise. Please bring appropriate footwear and clothing for the weather.
Meet outside the Silberrad Student Centre, with walks beginning at the following times:
