Local councils are looking for the next generation of managers to lead critical projects and services that have tangible, everyday outcomes for people's lives.

The NGDP seeks to match bright, passionate graduates with councils where they can deliver key projects and amazing value for money. 

Open to all students from all subjects, join one of their current graduate trainees to find out more about the National Graduate Development Programme for Local Government. They will talk about their experience of the application process and what day-to-day life on the scheme is like, and there will be a chance for a Q&A at the end.
