A Vision of a non-profit sector recognised for leadership talent, a distinctive collaborative culture and social impact.

The only scheme of its kind in the sector to serve more than one organisation, Charityworks offers a unique opportunity for graduates and young professionals to gain experience and build networks across the charity sector, at the same time as offering organisations an opportunity to attract, grow and retain talented staff in a way that saves money without compromising on quality.

In this insight session, Charityworks will be discussing opportunities for graduates in the Third Sector as well as our own opportunities for graduates. We'll cover what type of Third Sector roles you could be working in as well as the key skills and characteristics the sector is looking for, what are the current trends and themes of the sector and how to get experience within the sector. We'll then explore the Charityworks programme and talk about how the programme is structured, what the application process is and what type of role and organisation our placements could be in.
