Manage your inbox better using Outlook's automatic features like Rules, Quick Steps, Categories, Tasks, Search Folders, Quick Parts, Templates etc together with a folder processing methodology that will organise your workload and save precious time.

This training is delivered on a Windows machine using Outlook 2016 (desktop version). Participants wanting to follow along, should make sure they have the software installed before the session starts. NB: Mac users please be aware that the QuickSteps and Quik Parts functionality is not currently available on the Mac OS at this time.
