Derek Granger - EY

Derek Manages the R&D advisory team at EY Breakthrough and was previously the Regional Development Manager for Gov Grant, one of the most successful R&D advisory firms in the UK so had huge experience in talking to SME’s about how the R&D scheme works and how they can best take advantage of the incentives to innovate.

EY has a team of around 80 professionals including engineers, scientists, industry specialists, economists, patent attorneys and tax professionals that helps companies apply for Innovate UK and other grant funding in the UK. To date we have helped clients raised over £120m of funding.

Neil Griffin - Innovation Centre Knowledge Gateway (ICKG)

Neil is the innovation director at ICKG and specialises in providing practical business support for the ICKG tech community and connecting customers with like-minded individuals.
