The final session in this five-part personal development series will focus on Goal Setting. You will learn how good intentions differ from goals, discover some top tips for achieving goals, explore setbacks and successes that you've had with goals, and set some action points for the future.
Each session in the series focuses on a different subject, and if you complete three sessions or more, you will receive a certificate.
