The first session in this personal development series will centre around a 'Life Audit'. This is a chance to take stock, reflect on what you've got going for you, and take action to move forward positively.

Each session in the series focuses on a different subject, and if you complete three sessions or more, you will receive a certificate.

The Positively You series will provide you with the tools and resources to build confidence, make new connections, and develop self-awareness.

Every session starts at 11am (GMT).

Work on your personal development this Autumn, with a group of like-minded students.
